Reading The Reports

Summary

Recognizing the importance of use statistics in the planning and evaluation of library services, use reports for UT System and Texshare OVID database subscriptions, maintained by the University of Texas at Austin General Libraries' Digital Library Services Division (DLSD), are made available within the first week of each month.

The use reports are generated using a tool developed by OVID. The quirks within the version of the software used to generate these new reports have to do with formatting, features and functions, not the numbers which the program calculates and tabulates.
